Lothmar (“we”) runs this website and the client portal behind it. This page explains what personal data we handle, why, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at [email protected].
What we collect
Account details you provide when registering (name, email address, and optionally a company name). Project material you choose to share through the portal: briefs, messages, uploaded files, and documents we exchange. Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated by operating the service securely.
How we use it
To run the client portal: authenticate you, manage your projects, exchange documents, and send transactional emails such as verification, password-reset, and project notifications. We do not send marketing email and we never sell personal data.
Cookies
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in and a locale cookie to remember your language. These are functional and not used for tracking.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
Public pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com, and learn more at www.aboutads.info. Ads are not shown inside the client portal.
Who we share data with
Service providers that host the site and deliver transactional email process data on our behalf, and Google serves ads on public pages as described above. We share nothing else, and we never sell personal data.
Retention & security
Account and project data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request. Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), and uploads are stored on infrastructure we control.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — under the GDPR and equivalent laws where applicable. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and revise the date above.
